Current Curiosities...
+ Words that are resonating the most at the moment: Curiosity, Experimentation, and Research
+ Digging more into the concept of the Metacrisis (the convergence of mutltiple crises like climate change, economic inequality, AI, decline of democracy, etc)
+ Dreaming up ways that Immersive Theater can be used as a tool to organize people around a social movement or campaign
+ Developing a "Reciprocal Massage" lab (think: hybrid of Thai massage and contact improv)
+ Always looking for an excuse to spend more time with animals...if you have a fur baby that needs watching, let me know!

Content: Plastics is in everything- and everyone- causing major human health and environmental impacts. This was an honest and vulnerable exploration into my own questions around motherhood, and what it would take to create a world that future generations could actually thrive in. Premiered at the Global Plastics Treaty Negotiations in Geneva, Switzerland 2025, this project was a direct call to action for attending delegates to remember what was at stake...
and who they should be fighting for.

In 2019, I co-founded the Dallas, TX hub for Sunrise Movement: a youth-led climate justice group advocating for the Green New Deal.I organized with the group as a Hub Coordinator for four years, leading and participating in a wide array of efforts:+ Electoral Campaigns: City Council, State House, and Congress
+ Direct Actions + Rallies
+ National Mobilizations
+ Policy Campaigns: City Climate Action Plan, Civilian Climate Corps & more
+ Mutual Aid: food distributions and community gardening
The Dallas Movement House was a co-living and community space that I founded to serve as a home base for the Sunrise Movement Dallas hub.
Active from 2021-2024, the house served to build community in three ways:
In a world that pushes us towards ever more isolation and individualism, we chose to lean into collectivism and collaboration. Residents of all ethnic and class backgrounds came together to live and build resources as a community in this house- deepening relationships, lightening the financial load, and creating lifelong memories.
The Movement House became a pillar of the community by offering a free space for Environmental & Social Justice organizers. Over its 4 years, the house hosted hundreds of meetings and events like clothing swaps, documentary nights, mutual aid drives, music jams, campaign strategy builds, and much more.
Dallas, Texas sits in the Blackland Prairie ecoregion, with less then 1% of the Prairie remaining today. We transformed our front yard into a Native Prairie garden full of biodiversity, winding paths, and educational placards that invited neighbors to come walk, learn and fall in love with the land again.

In most massage practices, there is only one "giver" and one "receiver". I wanted to know: what if massage could be mutually beneficial, where both participants could give and receive in a sort of dance, or flow?...and Reciprocal Massage was born.In this lab we combine elements of Contact Improv, Soft Tissue + Thai Massage techniques, dynamic stretching, and active communication tools to help every body flourish. This lab is typically taught in a weekly, ongoing class series format- but can also be converted into a workshop format tailored to different groups or themes!

Throughout my career as a performing artist and activist, I have discovered the gift and passion of group facilitation.Facilitation is an ongoing process of learning and experimenting, so my practice is ever evolving.
My experiences and offerings so far:+ Hosting: Social Events, Community Gatherings, Performances
+ Teaching: Dance (ballet, jazz, musical theater), Yoga, Pilates, Self Care + Mobility
+ Coaching: Acting, Singing, Public Speaking
+ Directing: Immersive Theater, Dance Films
+ Campaign Design: buiding social or political campaigns
+ Group Democracy: making decisions within community; building social systems and structures
+ Shared Learning: skill builds, workshops, topic "deep dives"There is a special kind of magic that can be created when people gather in shared purpose. I see facilitation as the gateway to unlocking that magic that exists within all of us.If you are looking to add a little magic to your next project or gathering, let's collaborate!
